Clear Most Recently Used List From MS Word

First open the
registry editor and navigate to the following key and delete accordingly:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Common\OpenFind\Microsoft
Word\Settings\Save As\File Name MRU.
